Shipping Damage

Inspect the package when it arrives.

If the package shows visible damage:

1. Ask the carrier to record the damage on the delivery receipt.
2. Request an immediate inspection from the carrier.
3. Contact Los Guitarreros immediately.
4. Keep the shipping carton and all packing materials.

If you find concealed damage after opening the package, contact the carrier and Los Guitarreros immediately.

You must report shipping damage and begin a claim within three days of delivery. Keep the guitar, case, carton, and packing materials in the condition received. Send Los Guitarreros copies of the claim, inspection report, photographs, and communications with the carrier.

Failure to report damage within three days or retain the original packaging could prevent the carrier from approving the claim.
